クレジットカード番号、有効期限、セキュリティコードは、決済代行会社である Stripe, Inc. が直接取得します。当方はこれらを取得も保持もしません。

国外への移転
当方は日本国内で事業を行い、サーバーも日本国内に置いています。ただし決済処理と国際配送の性質上、氏名・住所・連絡先が仕向国および米国に移転します。移転先の国の個人情報保護制度は、日本のそれと異なる場合があります。

We collect your name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, email address, order history, correspondence, and standard web analytics data. Card numbers are collected and held by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store them.
Data is used to dispatch and track your order, process payment and refunds, complete export and import customs formalities, answer enquiries, and maintain the transaction ledger required of licensed secondhand dealers in Japan.
Data is shared with Stripe, Inc., with Japan Post, DHL or FedEx as carrier, and with Japanese and destination customs authorities. It is shared with no one else except where Japanese law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Because we ship internationally, your name and address are transferred to the destination country and to the United States. Data protection law in those jurisdictions may differ from Japanese law.
Residents of the EEA, the United Kingdom and California may exercise their rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA, including access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent. Write to us via the contact page.
Records that Japanese secondhand dealer law and tax law require us to retain cannot be erased before their statutory retention period ends: three years for transaction records, seven years for accounting records.
