返品特約
取り扱う商品はすべて1980年代の中古品であり、一点物・現状渡しです。お客様のご都合による返品・交換・キャンセルは承りません。
ただし次の場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただければ、全額を返金するか、同等の解決策をご提示します。返送に要する費用は当方が負担します。
- 商品ページの記載と異なる個体が届いた場合
- 商品ページに記載していない重大な欠損があった場合
- 輸送中の破損があった場合
- 商品が届かなかった場合
本特約の詳細と手続きは返品についてに定めます。本特約は特定商取引法第15条の3に基づく返品特約であり、同条の適用を排除します。
